We're finally getting to the finish line in this current adventure and it feels good.  This weekend we'll relax and finally welcome spring.  Easter is always the sign of a new season, a new start and  I have one word for that - yeah!

If you take a look at my Pinterest feed, you'll quickly notice I've uncharacteristically fallen in love with color lately.  I'm obsessed and I love it.  For someone who has been so aversed to color for so long, it's a welcomed change.  Maybe it's just a temporary excitement for Spring.  Maybe a life altering development.  Only time will tell.  In the meantime, I hope you enjoy my new love.

I'm home! This weekend is all about quality time with my Z.  Dreaming up homemade dinner ideas and a well deserved drink. I can't wait to lounge the weekend away!  Here are my favorites of the week:

It's Valentines Day!  I'm not into gifts and flowers, obligatory reservations and crowded dinners but I am into sweet cards, the world wearing hues of pink and a thoughtful dinner in.  I hope you have a lovely day (pun intended) and are fortunate enough to spend it with the ones you love!

3. These Grilled Sweet Potato Tacos look amaze (plus, they're gluten free and vegan!).

1. Polar Vortex Shmoler Vortex. If you're reading this from the East Coast, I'd suggest you skip to number 2. But if you're reading this from the West Coast and enjoying the weather we've been spoiled with lately, I'm thinking a Pink Guava and Grapefruit Smash celebration is in order.
2. Is it just me, or is this what you see when you look at your screen some days? 
3. My computer, my iPad,my iPhone, my brain, they all have something in common.
4. Olive oil, yogurt and lime cake. I'm thinking that would be diet approved, right?
